Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first and have your return approved by the returns department.  Any returns sent to us without pre-approval will be at risk of being rejected.

Once approved we must receive goods back within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept items for refund or exchange, unless the item has a manufacturing fault.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, this will either be noted in the product description or be one of the following -

  1. - Gift cards

  2. - Downloadable software products

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (if approved by returns department)

For any unwanted purchases or instances where there is no fault/problem with the order then returns will be dealt with as Buylist products. Customers returning unwanted items will receive refunds equal to the current buy price, or 50% of the price it was bought at, subject to approval and confirmation by the returns department.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve not received your refund within 7 working days of confirmation from the returns department, please contact us at KitchenTableGames@mail.com

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Damaged/defective items can only be sent back in exchange for the same item, send us an email at KitchenTableGames@mail.com and await confirmation to send your item to: 46 Halton Drive, Crewe, Cheshire, CW2 8TB.

Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or it has been otherwise agreed with the returns department that you will not pay shipping. If you are shipping an item, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and no refunds/exchanges will be given for items that do not reach us.

Kitchen Table Games LTD can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.

Cancellations / Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please Contact Us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.
